How many sessions are required?
This is a question with no straight answer! The number of sessions is unique to each client. Kinesiology is not a quick fix and depends on the complexity of the issue addressed. I recommend the initial session to understand what is going on for you, your physical symptoms, your personal goals and dreams. We will discuss a plan and offer package options. Most clients choose a 5 session package to start with, scheduling follow up sessions every 2-3 weeks. This seems to offer significant improvement for most issues. A lot of clients continue with regular monthly sessions to maintain their health and wellbeing. Health is Wealth!
